KW Fiduciary was established to meet the growing need for trustworthy fiduciary services in our community. I understand the responsibility that comes with acting as a fiduciary, and I take pride in providing services that give my clients and their families peace of mind during challenging times. I appreciate that each client is unique and requires a tailored solution. I am honored to be a trusted advisor and confidant.

Acting as the personal representative and liaison to my clients, their known point of contact for family and their professional network of advisors, is the work that I am called to do.

Working as an elder advocate since 2010, and truly valuing the elders in our community, I am dedicated to their health and well-being. I also provide assistance to clients related to financial and medical needs, trust administration, estate management and dissolution, hoarding clean-outs, preparing real estate for sale or management, general problem-solving and client advocacy. 

This means being involved with a client's family, their legal team, CPA and investment advisors, care facilities and care managers, doctors, veterinarians, bankers, realtors, courts and any other service provider working with clients. Coming up with creative solutions to client needs is my specialty. I often ask clients to offload their brain, create a list, share it with me to see what we can do to lessen their anxiety. While offering these services I lean on extensive experience as a real estate broker specializing in property management, my doctorate in metaphysical sciences, and my California license as a private fiduciary.  This background helps me see situations and offer advice from a variety of angles.
