RATES: During a client's lifetime, I bill hourly and invoice monthly. My rates range from $150 - $185 per hour depending on the work at hand. Once a client passes, and I am appointed Trustee, my fee is 1% of the estate value on an annual basis, if the trust does not dictate otherwise.

Trustee Designation as appointed by Estate Attorneys, Family Members or through a court appointment.
Trust Administration Assistance for Trustees
Provide assistance for Trustees who want to remain in the role, but are unsure how to facilitate the administrative responsibilities of the Trust.
Professional Liaison
Acting on behalf of clients as the central point of contact for the network of professionals they employ (i.e., Attorneys, CPAs, Care Agencies, Doctors, etc.).
